Our real Christmas trees are grown on our family farm, just 15mins outside of Kingaroy in the beautiful South Burnett, QLD. Our trees are grown to be acclimatised to our summer weather conditions.

Picking your very own tree is all part of the Christmas magic! But before you do, decide where you are going to put your tree and make sure to measure your space, both width & height. Please keep in mind your real tree will last longer if it’s away from windows, doors and heat sources.

We pride ourselves on having the perfect tree to suit any location. We have trees ranging in size from:

• 6ft (1.8m)
• 7ft (2.1m)
• 8ft (2.4m)
• 9ft (2.75m)
• 10ft (3m)

Our pre-tagging events occur in late October/early November and give you the change to have first pick of our beautiful trees. On these select weekends, you can visit the farm, walk through hundreds of real Christmas trees, and select and reserve your special tree by putting your tag on it.

Come December, your personally selected tree will be ready for collection or delivery at one of our specified collection points.

Our real Christmas trees are carefully netted to allow them to be transported safely. Usually they will fit in a standard vehicle, where the back seat folds down giving access through to the boot. Alternatively transporting in a ute or trailer works well too.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO DO HOME DELIVERIES

We have live potted Christmas trees available in 4 sizes:

• 250mm pot (1 m tall)
• 400mm pot (1.5 m tall)
• 600mm pot (2 m tall)

Potted trees are available directly from the farm and are not available online or eligable for deliver service.

On average our cut Christmas trees last 3 weeks, provided you keep them watered and follow our care guidelines Remember, the ideal position for a cut tree is inside, away from direct sunlight, windows, televisions (and other heat sources) and breezes.

The best way to stand your live Christmas tree up is by using a purpose made Christmas tree stand such as the Cinco model, available in our online store or directly from our farm. Alternatively a bucket of water with rocks in the bottom to hold the tree upright should work too.

Our Chrissy Trees 4 U farm is located in the beautiful South Burnett, QLD – a leisurely drive from both Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Summer in South East Queensland can get hot so please bring a hat, sunscreen, covered shoes and your Christmas spirit.

Remember we have our Chrissy Cafe onsite with coffee and refreshments, undercover and outdoor seating, and lawn games to enjoy. 

Please bring a blanket or tarp to put under the your tree and ropes to tie it down for the journey home.

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome to join in the Christmas magic on the farm, we ask that you please

• keep them on a leash
• pick up and remove any poops
• DO NOT take animals in the Christmas shop or in the undercover café

They are welcome in the outside picnic area.

Onsite at the Chrissy Trees 4 U Farm we accept payment via EFTPOS, Credit Card or cash.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order prior to 31st Oct, we will refund 100% of your purchase, less a $10 Admin Fee.

If you cancel your order in the month of November, we will refund 50% of your purchase, less a $10 Admin Fee.

No refunds are given after the 1st of December and no credits will be given.

To make changes to your order, you can contact the farm via phone, email, or messenger.

Please note: When you request a change to any detail of your order, a $10 Amin fee will be applied, changes will not be made until the admin fee is paid.
