Chrissy Trees 4 U is a family-owned and operated Christmas tree farm set on 160 beautiful acres just 15 minutes outside of Kingaroy. Founded and run by Chris and Debbie alongside their three children – Bernadette, Mitchell and Justin – the farm has grown into a much-loved local Christmas destination for families across the region.
For more than 20 years, our family has been dedicated to growing high-quality fresh cut and potted Christmas trees, helping families bring the magic of a real Christmas tree into their homes each festive season. What started as a small family venture has grown into a cherished annual tradition for many of our customers who return year after year to select their perfect tree.
In recent years, we’ve expanded the farm experience with the addition of our Christmas shop and café, creating a welcoming place where visitors can slow down, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and make a day of their visit. Whether you’re choosing the perfect tree, browsing Christmas decorations, or enjoying a coffee and treat with family and friends, Chrissy Trees 4 U is all about creating memorable Christmas moments.

How Chrissy Trees 4 U Came to Be...
As our children were getting older and moving into high school, Debbie began looking for a way to work from home while still being available for school events, sports, and all the busy moments that come with raising a family. After researching many different ideas and small business opportunities, she came across the idea of growing Christmas trees — something a little different, but something that felt right for our family and our property.
With a small batch of just 100 seedlings, Debbie planted the first trees close to the house. Like most things in farming, patience was required. It took several years of nurturing, pruning and care before those first trees were ready to sell. When the time finally came, Debbie took them to local markets and placed them on consignment in nurseries, slowly introducing locally grown Christmas trees to the community.
Over time, and with the help of our now adult children, the farm gradually expanded. What began with a small patch of trees has grown into a thriving plantation where several thousand fresh cut trees are grown each year, along with hundreds of potted trees supplied to both the wholesale and retail Christmas tree market across Queensland.
As more families began visiting the farm to choose their own tree, we realised the experience had become about more than simply buying a Christmas tree. Many families return year after year, walking through the rows of trees together and making it part of their Christmas tradition.
To help create an even more enjoyable day out, we have continued to grow the farm experience. The addition of our Christmas shop — filled with decorations and gift ideas — has been an exciting step, along with the addition of our coffee and cake café where visitors can relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. For us, Chrissy Trees 4 U is not just about growing trees; it’s about creating a place where families can begin their Christmas season and build traditions of their own.
